Stress Mgmt/Relaxation

Our Mission: is to provide high quality life coaching, to enable any client to reach a better and more fulfilled level of life. In doing this H2T is committed in particular to the following:


1) To develop a positive process, tailor-made to suit the agenda and the specific needs of each individual client or organization.

2)To establish an interactive relationship between coach and client, based on the full commitment of both parties

3)To endeavour to motivate and facilitate clients to achieve their true potential and bring positive change through the setting and achieving of self-defined goals

What we offer:

1) Relationship and Family Coaching-  Relationship and family life coaches provide direct advice and facilitate communication. Relationship and family life coaches most times focus on present, not past, issues and guide people to take action and solve problems.


2) Health and Wellness Coaching- Health and wellness coaches provide guidance, advice and direction to people looking for help with weight loss, fitness, exercise, nutrition and dieting issues, stress management and some medical or health concerns.


3) Mental Health Coaching- Mental health life coaches teach specific skills, like stress management, anger management or communication skills, provide feedback and help clients develop and achieve goals.


4) Career and Business Coaching- Career life coaches provide guidance to clients who are dealing with career problems, considering career changes and dealing with issues like retirement or the mid-life crisis. Business coaches helps owners of small and medium sized businesses with their sales, marketing, management, team building and so much more. Most importantly, just like a sporting coach, your Business Coach will make you focus on the game.


5) Spiritual Coaching-  Spiritual coaches help clients to believe in themselves; they teach clients to understand their life purpose and they uplift their clients to live their lives to the fullest.

Personal Fitness Training 

Your certified, pre-screened, Personal Trainer will come to your home, office or meet you in another designated location that is most convenient for you both and take you through fun, challenging, workouts designed especially for you. Your one-hour workouts will include aerobic exercise, strength training and stretching. We’ll bring all of the equipment you need to your meeting location so you can tone up, lose weight and increase your energy level.


Boot Camp Training

Boot camp workouts can vary but generally include a fairly intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements. Boot camps offer an opportunity to build your strength and endurance.


Meal Planning Assistance

You will receive assistance from our Nutritionist to help you accelerate your progress on your personal training program. We’ll help you create balanced, healthy meals using your own favorite foods!
